Why Deborah
For twenty years Israel had lived beneath an army of iron chariots, and a whole generation had learned to keep its head down. Then God raised up one woman — prophet, judge, and leader — who listened to Him and moved. She summoned a commander too afraid to go alone, promised to walk into the fight beside him, and watched the Lord do what no army could.
This is not a highlight reel. It is twenty-one days walking her whole story in order, through Judges 4 and 5, drawing one honest lesson from each turn: rising when everyone else sits down, obeying while still afraid, trusting that the battle belongs to the Lord, and singing when the deliverance comes.
