Why Esther
An orphan raised by her cousin, taken into a pagan king's palace, concealing who she truly was—until a genocide was decreed against her people and she found herself the one person positioned to act, at the possible cost of her life. Esther's story is among the clearest pictures in all of Scripture of quiet courage and of a God who works entirely behind the scenes.
