A Devo10 series · 21 days · ten minutes each

Come and
rest.

21 Lessons on Rest for the Weary — walk slowly through the Scriptures and learn what your tired soul was actually made for: the gift of the Sabbath, the God who makes you lie down, the peace that guards your heart, and the freedom of finally stopping.

Each day: a passage to read in your own Bible, a verse, one truth about rest pulled from it, a prayer, a challenge, and a place to be honest that nobody else can see. The first week is free. You can start tonight.

The shape of the 21 days3 weeks

Three weeks, one honest day at a time. Week one is free, all seven days. It opens one morning at a time, so it never piles up on you.

Why Come and Rest

You were never built to carry all of it.

Teenage life runs on more—more classes, more practices, more notifications, more pressure to be impressive and available at the same time. Under all of it is a tired that sleep doesn’t fix and a low hum of anxiety about everything still undone. You start to feel less like a person and more like a machine that can’t keep up.

The answer isn’t a better schedule or trying harder. It’s Jesus’ invitation to the weary: come to me, and I will give you rest. Over 21 days we take that invitation apart, straight from the text—the Sabbath as gift, casting your anxiety on Him, abiding instead of hustling, and the eternal rest waiting at the end. Stop striving. Come and rest.

One day, ten minutes

What's inside each morning.

A passage to read in your own Bible — the next part of the story.

A verse chosen for the day, in plain ESV.

The lesson drawn from that part of the story, worth reading slowly.

A prayer for the moments you don't have your own words.

A challenge to carry it into your week.

Space to write that only you will ever see.

Start tonight

The first week is free.

Seven days, one every morning, no card required. If it's carrying you somewhere, all 21 days are waiting. If it isn't, you've lost nothing but ten quiet minutes a day.
