Why Solomon
God offered one young king anything he wanted, and Solomon asked for an understanding heart to lead God's people well. It was the right prayer, and God answered it beyond measure — wisdom, riches, honor, and a peace no one had seen before. For a while, Solomon shows you what it looks like when a person gives God the first and best part of their life.
But this isn't a highlight reel. It's 21 days walking his whole story in order, through 1 Kings 1–11 and his own reflections in Ecclesiastes and Proverbs, pulling one honest lesson from each turn: asking for the right thing, building your life for God's glory, and the sobering truth that the wisest man alive still let his heart drift.
