Why the Ten Commandments
Most people read the Ten Commandments as a list of ‘don’ts’ from a God who wants to ruin the fun. But look at where they come from: God gave them to slaves He had just set free, not to strangers He wanted to control. Rescue came first. The rules were the shape of the free life He was handing them.
Over 21 days we take the Ten one at a time, straight from the text, and follow them all the way to Jesus — who kept the whole law perfectly, in your place, and turns it from a weight you carry into a way you love. This isn’t about earning God. It’s about learning to live like someone He already loves.
